Dr. Yaremchuk employs his knowledge and experience with craniofacial surgery and biomaterials to create new facial skeletal contours. Using facial implants made of porous polyethylene he can mimic the facial appearance obtained with more extensive facial skeletal osteotomies. Dr. Yaremchuk custom carves all facial implants. Dr. Yaremchuk has designed unique implants for both the upper and lower face. At the time of surgery he custom carves each implant so that their size, shape and transition are all appropriate for each patient.
