How International Cooperation is Improving Plastic Surgery

Plastic surgery is now a global phenomenon. At the 23rd International Congress of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery held in Japan recently, plastic surgeons from all over the world gathered to discuss the trends and future of plastic surgery. With advances in technology, these plastic surgeons discussed the newer facial procedures and how to sustain the anti-aging benefits.

In turn, Russian plastic surgeons discussed their innovations and contributions to the field of aesthetics. Prominent plastic surgeons who attended this meeting included Natalia Pirgogov Manturove (Russia), Dr. Michael Yaremchuk, MD (Boston), Alexander Melerznov and Paul Holzer (USA).
